The NAPKON public data set constitutes patient data from the NAPKON cohorts SUEP, POP and HAP after a data cleaning process and k-10 anonymisation process. It includes following variables age, gender, month of diagnosis, cohort, outcome, hospitalisation, intensive care treatment, invasive ventilation, availability 3 month follow up, ability to work after 3 month follow up.
