The iDEx (German Infectious Disease Data Exchange) project aims to identify the need and extend of a common data integration of clinical data relevant for infectious diseases.
The iDEx study group developed questionnaires to determine a prioritization of needs for different clinical datasets.
As a final result the study group plans to identify a common minimal dataset for infectious diseases.
