The aim of the translational platform HIV (TP-HIV) is to ensure the simple exchange of data and biomaterials between the TTU HIV cooperation partners by standardising data collection and creating a joint cohort architecture, and to build up a comprehensive patient cohort. This will serve as the basis for targeted studies, the findings of which will benefit the care and treatment of patients with comparable disease histories. The joint platform will also be used to intensify close collaboration with the participating cooperation partners and the DZIF sites and to promote the establishment of new national and international partnerships.
